My parents, Carroll and Betty Hare
One of the people who inspired me when I was a young lady was my mother, Betty Hare. My mother was always one of my biggest cheerleaders, attending all events that I participated in and supported me throughout my childhood and even later in life. One of my mother's favorite sayings is, "Some people were born without an arm or leg, you were born with me as your mother." This statement comes from the fact that she was very overprotective of me as a child. This derived from the fact that I had an older brother who died at the age of nine; I was six at this time. My mom always inspired me to do my best in all of my endeavors. Today, I'm thankful that she is still a part of my life and helped me become the lady and mother I am today.
The next person I would like to say that influenced my childhood was pastor, Billy Compton. Brother Billy was a regular at my home and we regularly attended church. He helped to develop a strong faith in god and set a moral compass for my life. Although he moved away from my small town as a teenager, I still had the honor of him coming back to marry my husband and I.
The final person that I would like to say influenced me as a child is my first grade teacher, Bonnie Tarbue. Although Ms. Tarbue was relatively new to the teaching field, she inspired a love of learning that still have today. She was very passionate about her students and their success. This is a trait that I hope that I still possess today.
I am sorry that I can not post additional pictures as I do not have access to a scanner at home. I will post more pictures next week.

I would like to add that my parents are influential my life as well. I can truly attest to the fact that my parents were definitely the firm foundation of development and the cornerstone of my successes. The immediate family plays an important role.
